Shipping Rates

We are proud to offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $80.00, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Orders under $80.00 ship for a flat rate of $9.99. Additional shipping methods, including expedited options, are available and detailed below. Please note that expedited options are only available via our website if all the items in your cart are in stock.

  • UPS Ground Shipping - Delivered in 3-7 business days - $9.99 (Free Over $80)
  • UPS 3 Day Select - Delivered 3 business days from shipping date - Quoted at checkout 
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivered 2 business days from shipping date - Quoted at checkout
  • UPS Next Day Air - Delivered 1 business days from shipping date - Quoted at checkout.

Daily Shipping Schedule

To find out when you will receive an order, please read these important daily shipping guidelines:

  • Orders placed before 1:00 P.M Pacific Time Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 P.M Pacific Time Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • If you place your order Friday after 100 P.M Pacific Time or on Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be processed and shipped until Monday.
  • Orders shipping to HI and AK orders are subject to standard UPS Ground and expedited rates, which will be quoted at checkout. These orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Origin

All products featured on will ship via UPS from the warehouse in Portland, Oregon or directly from the manufacturer (based in Georgia) depending on availability.

Shipping to PO Boxes

We cannot and will not ship to Post Office Boxes. If you use a PO box as a ship to address, your order will be placed on hold until we can contact you.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at standard (but highly negotiated!) UPS rates. Standard ground service is available for all orders and expedited methods for in stock items and will be quoted at checkout based on your shipping address.

Canadian & International Orders

Sorry - no Canadian or International orders outside of the US will be accepted at this time. If you need to locate an international Gill dealer in your area, please visit

Backorder Status

Although makes every effort to ship the your entire order as soon as it is received, some products will occasionally be out of stock or back ordered. In the event that an ordered product is not in stock or is on backorder, we will call or email you to discuss the situation. will provide you with an estimated date of delivery for any back ordered item(s). Please note that these dates are only estimated delivery times and are subject to change. You will not be charged for any item that is not in-stock and ready for shipment. Backordered products will only ship with your approval and will be charged to your card when ready.



Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you have a problem with your product (sizing, color, wasn’t what you thought it would be, etc.) we will happily return or exchange it for you. Please contact us right away if there is a problem with your order or if products arrived damaged. You can find information on returns and exchanges below, or simply give us a call or send an email and we'll help guide you through the process. Please note that clearance items and products worn or used sailing, are not eligible for exchange or return.


Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase for full refund. Returns made outside 30 days will be issued store credit. Please include any packaging material along with a completed copy of our Return Form (PDF) to make processing the return faster. Please allow 5-7 days for return processing and 1-2 billing cycles for credit to appear. Cost of shipping of items back to is the responsibility of the customer, unless an error has occurred.


Product exchanges can also be made within 30 days of purchase. Generally, the second shipment will occur upon receipt of the item to be exchanged. Please let us know if your exchange is time sensitive and we'll happily ship the correct product right away! We understand that every situation is unique and are happy to accommodate your needs. Exchanges will re-ship for free via our standard UPS Ground or USPS services. Please include a completed copy of our Return Form (PDF) and all original packaging material.
