Additional Shipping Charges
Oversize packages and packages to remote locations may be subject to additional shipping charges. A customer service agent will contact you via phone or email with any additional shipping charges.
Shipping Origin
All products featured on foulweathergear.com will ship via UPS or US Postal Service 2 Day Priority Mail directly from the manufacturer based in Buford, Georgia or from the foulweathergear.com warehouse in Chicago, Illinois.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We cannot and will not ship to Post Office Boxes. If you use a PO box as a ship to address, your order will be placed on hold until we can contact you.
Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska
Orders that ship to Alaska or Hawaii may only be shipped via UPS HI/AK Express. If you select Ground shipping to HI or AK, your order will be placed on hold until we can contact you to re-adjust your shipping cost and grand total.
Canadian & International Orders
Sorry - no Canadian or International orders outside of the US will be accepted at this time. If you need to locate an international Douglas Gill dealer in your area, please visit http://www.gillimarine.com
Backorder Status
Although foulweathergear.com makes every effort to ship the entire order as soon as it is received, some products will occasionally be out of stock or backordered. In the event that an ordered product is not in stock or on backorder, we will call or email you to discuss the situation.
Foulweathergear.com will provide you with an estimated date of delivery for any back ordered item(s). Please note that these dates are only estimated delivery times and are subject to change. You will not be charged for any item that is not in-stock and ready for shipment. Backordered products will only ship with your approval and will be charged to your card when ready.
