RETURN POLICY

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused, non-clearance items in their original packaging within 60 days of the product purchase.

Please call our toll-free Customer Service Department at 888-571-4327 or email sos@foulweathergear.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Provide your name, order date or order number, email address, daytime telephone number, and reason for return. Our phone center is open from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. We are not able to refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. After 60 days, we will charge a flat 20% restocking fee on all returned goods. All sales on Clearance items are final.

When you are ready to ship the return, write the RA number legibly on the outside of the package. Wrap all packages securely and ship to the following address:

For your protection, consider using UPS, FedEx or Insured US Parcel Post for shipment. We do not recommend that you send parcels uninsured. Please allow 7-14 business days from the day you ship your package for your return to be credited to your credit card account.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Did you order the wrong size, style, or color? No problem. We're happy to exchange your unused, non-clearance merchandise within 60 days of purchase. We're sorry, but we can't process exchanges after 60 days or for used product. You will be responsible for all shipping costs involved in exchanging goods unless the exchange is a result of our error.

Exchanges are available only in the sizes and colors listed, and are limited to stock on hand. A $6.75 shipping fee will be assessed for all exchanges.
